Animated photo of a hand-made model
Description
I wanted to see if I could bring that old starship drawing to life, so I constructed this short scene (much shorter than 3 hours so you won't get bored) and spiced it up with some silly frills ;-)

Nicely done. Especially like the end credits
Hehe ... glad you enjoyed that ;-)
Time to explore the universe :)
First they need to explore the Galaxy --- the Universe comes later ;-)
There is nothing too old in this animation as it functions well as the intro to a great sci-fi film release by a great well known Director who goes by the name of Max!
I did not see a personal body guard in the credits and if that job is still available I would like to apply as your body guard as I have previous martial arts training and can help in warding off all the fans who may seek out your signature. lol :)
I never imagined my 33 year old drawing and paper model to come to life like this ... lol. And if I had access to all the premium AI tools (plus a lot of patience and time), I could probably make a Hollywood blockbuster-level movie short ;-)
Strange and exciting times we now live in!
And yes, I forgot to include my bodyguard, as well as my secretary and my chauffeur ;-)
Off to the stars! Love it! :-)
Thank you, Trek:-)
Excellent model & lighting. Nicely done
Thanks, Eugenius:-)
You know over it's history there have been a lot of Treks - Do you have a favorite era, I'm detecting a lot of TNG in your passion projects.
This one was directly inspired by my local SF club which thrived in the early 1990's and was full of Trek fans. The Star Trek fun peaked in 1993, then slowly evaporated.
My personal favs were the original series, the TNG series, and the much later Picard series. As for some of the most recent shows, ... I consider them mostly cringe-worthy nonsense.
I saw in the trades that all the current Star Trek series will be removed from cannon and the show runner that developed them had been made to take the walk of shame and will no longer be involved with Star Trek. There are new feature films and series in development that fill the gap between the original movie era and TNG. I think that the cringe-worthy nonsense almost burning down the house they finally noticed.
When the crew in that new Trek film go off on some critical mission, I just hope they don't inadvertently cause the demise of all humanity because they got distracted by their social issues, fragile feelings and gender confusions.
But based on what you mentioned, there's a new ray of light in the darkness!
