I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

So far so good. And it's heartening to see the public pushback against the wannabe mad king. There's still several months to make him a lame duck.
Most excellent wok, Rod. Welcome back
Good to hear you both are doing well. Nice picture.
Truly beautiful work Rod. So glad Jo's ankle is on the mend. It must be awful painful for her to walk. Make sure she doesn't overdo it. We move house on the 20th!
Nice to see you again, Rod :-)
I'm also still here, just not very often ... and I do miss the fun old times of last year.
And are you sure you want to cover-up your beautiful priceless wood floor with cheapo tacky tiles? Seems like a lot of extra work and expense for nothing ;-)
Hey, Max! Good to see you too. I thought about polishing / staining the wood floor, but I'm afraid the chairs in here would just scratch it up. I figured when / if we are ever able to get another place, I could just remove those tiles and finish the floor. We shall see..
They sell self-stick felt pads or soft plastic pads just for such a purpose ... plus they make furniture easier to slide around while eliminating that awful grinding sound at the same time :-)
It's a win-win-win situation ;-)
Mind those tiles, the adhesive can be a royal pain to get off the wood floor and then you're screwed as far as trying to restore the wood-floor finish. I recommend the greatest caution. I might suggest - if the only purpose is to temporarily protect the wood - using a cheap linoleum. It can cover the entire room with a single piece, can be done without adhesive, and as I said, it's cheap. If its a short term temporary protection you're looking for, it's an option.
Awesome looking crib, lovely, sexy babe and terrific window view. What more can you ask for. Hope all goes well for you.
So elegant and :-) sexy - gave her a fav
Thank you! 😍 More coming soon..
Excellent!
Glamorous composition, wonderful atmosphere and lighting, brilliant render. Exquisite Artwork. I love it!😊💝🥰
Your text (which I read when the upload was posted) shows how much you've done, between caring for Jolene and all your home jobs. You must miss your actual "job" days---when things were probably simpler. Retirement for you has been several jobs in one. I do hope it gets easier for you and for jo. You so deserve it.
Really fine work with dark light...the reds---even the ones in shadow---are real reds, strong and passionate and mysterious. And Layla is wearing a deep crimson outfit that stands out even in shade; not just because of her sensual shape (she looks at us like a mysterious mix of lover and vixen), but because of her sheen---she shines even in darkness. Love the curtain behind her too---almost a tiny bit of 'theater'...and the piano. Man, this is a film noir scene if ever there was one...she's right out of a Raymond Chandler novel. ("Yeah she was sexy---so what. After a night pounding the pavement on the mean streets of manhattan, a man needs a break. Of course, this was Kansas City: Whaddya gonna do, I was tired, I got lost. It happens. I left a NY bar and wound up in KC...the luck of the die, live with it...")
I love that the building is so dark---late night/early morning stuff. But the sign is ever-lit. This is real urban stuff, with dawn or nightfall in the background.
Real film noir stuff! I mean, Layla looks like a character out of one of those 40s films, she's veiled in mystery even as she smiles invitingly. She's got the essence of film noir mystery lady. YOu even have white and red on the carpet. (White and red are themes here.) Very noir-like, very mysterious. Great job, Rod. I feel like putting on my trench coat and fedora and changing my name to Sam Spade...
OMG, Mark! I absolutely love the Raymond Chandler-esq quote! I'll be grinning all day. Thank you so much, buddy!
Sexy scene!
