It’s the most wonderful time of year, the time when the limited-edition flavors of specialty coffee are released!

This is a total redux of an artwork I created a few years ago which I decided needed another chance. I remember that the original idea for this came to me while drinking one of those specialty coffees from Starbucks. (I believe it was a mint mocha macchiato, but I can’t recall for sure.) I used a few of the same elements as the old version but started from a fresh empty scene. I updated the shaders of everything to look its best in Superfly. At first, I wasn't sure about the top of the candle, but now I realize it should be like that. It’s the darker wax decoration that is melting there.
