In a lot of ways this one is a mixed media/app piece- it has elements from several different apps- I did start with some Daz Studio renders using my War Pony textures for Harry and composited some coat variations in Photoshop. Then I sketched the other elements there and brought the whole layered mess into Painter 2019 and worked over the entire image on new layers with colored pencils, pastels and chalk brushes there. I wanted to explore going back to a more "natural media" look so the "final art" was mainly done in Corel Painter 2019 with a Wacom Cintiq 16 drawing tablet, using chalk, pastel and colored pencil brushes on a "toothy" paper, with some brush work done in Photoshop at the end with natural media dry brushes. With my design background I also wanted to explore patterns/designs on this one. I really enjoyed working on this one. I hope you enjoy!
