This product is a set of 20 floor textures - each with diffuse textures, ambient occlusion, displace, glossy, normal and specular - that can be used directly inside Poser or Daz Studio, or to create materials in your favorite painting program - like Photoshop, Gimp - and then apply them to apply them to your objects. (Some experience is needed ...!)
In addition it also has a mini-manual indicating how these materials were applied.
