Description
The American spirit has endured for 250 years. Celebrated with Fireworks at the Capitol, Patriots Waving the Stars and Stripes, and fly-overs by the Air Forces finest.
I did not get this finished in time for the 4th... did not start it in time, it is hard to do anything creative lately. I suppose better late than never. I wanted to have him on the dome of the Capitol Building, but did not have a good model of it. I also wanted the fireworks to be more muted.
