Description
Prince's virtuosity as a guitarist is sometimes overlooked, but there's no doubt he backed up his exceptional showmnanship and songwriting with equally exceptional instrumental skill. One of my favourite examples is a very little known tribute to Jimi Hendrix, a reworking of the classic blues "Red House"; which somewhat unsurprisingly he called "Purple House" 😆.
