Thank you, I used a volume cube to achieve the light rays.
Bryce, my main rendering app, also has volume atmospherics. Unfortunately, with my Jurrasic-Era Byce5, it takes forever to render. I've since resorted to creating such wonderfully effective lighting enhancements by using screened layers in post work, in my case with Paint Shop Pro 8. I never could get the hang of PhotoShop.
