I was inspired by the day I went out with a friend into the countryside and discovered all these old, dilapidated vehicles rusting away in the woods, from the 40's and 50's era. They could have been restored in the right hands. Too, I remember reading this Stephen King horror short story about a pickup truck sitting out in a field, although there's nothing terrifying about this one in my image. It's just a sad, neglected old car that's seen better days and is waiting for the right person to come along and rescue her. Maybe she was Miss Daisy's car at one time? We'll never know ... but I had fun creating this image!
