Now I can't say if things have changed but, any young person who commits a bad office in this my homeland used to be locked with in what was called the Y.O.C now days they have just changed the name to that of a school, no change in age group or term of off the streets, and most of them if they are in for more than six mths, leave with a trade certificate that allows them to be called A Tradesperson, Young ladies well that.s a story I know nothing about
