Description
Emma saw Olivia emerge from her bedroom as the serving girl was delivering the last of the food.
She thought, "Mistress will be furious. The breakfast is not in place!"
Emma struggled down the corridor backwards as quickly as she could without falling.
Once she reached the balcony, she quickly moved out of sight.
Unintelligible but emphatic speech immediately ensued.
