Hi everyone!
I am a Hobbyist just having fun with Graphics.
I have been away from this site for a very long time, but I am happy
to be back and look forward to seeing all the wonderful art from the
talented artists who post here at Renderosity.
I work primarily with Poser Pro 2012, 3ds Max 2012 and Adobe
Premiere Pro. It's older software but it works for me :-)
I mostly use V4 and M4 in all my animations. they are easy to work
with and do not take excessive resources away from my PC. I use a
Dell Optiplex 7010. It's a great computer and you can find them cheap
on e-bay.
While I do most of my own modeling using 3ds Max, I primarily model
the environments in which my Poser characters live.I find myself going
to Daz3d and RMP for all my character, texture and clothing needs.
I animate and set up all my characters inside Poser and then transfer
them to Max by using a Fusion Poser/Max plugin. I then set up the lights,
cameras and all needed textures within Max.
I render the animations by using a V-Ray plugin. I use a 2.35 image aspect
ratio on all my video animations. It just gives them a more cinematic look.
I thank you for looking at my Gallery!
Your comments are always appreciated.

I thank you Steve for always being so kind with your comments towards my animations my friend. :-)
Ah yes, just saw this Lara adventure on your YouTube channel :-)
The quality and realism keeps getting better, approaching total reality. The soundtrack is also an excellent fit :-)
And I sure do remember Aiko and V4, having used them often along with M4 and M2.
I want to thank you Max for the continued support you have always showed my on this site and I appreciate you visiting my YouTube channel also. I have the Tomb Raider Music Reggae style of video that goes along with this one if you want to visit the site to check it out...have a great day my friend! :-)
Fantastic work! I'm not sure why she was rubbing that orange against her gun, though.
I may be that the fruit was rotten and she poked it with her gun as if to show him that she was not going to eat it, but then again I just decided to leave it as the AI choose to do that action on its own and I just left it like that. Other than that the scene looked ok. Thanks for asking as I asked myself the same question when I first viewed it. lol :-)
ein fantastisches Video super gemacht
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all the support you have showed my animations on this site by viewing my videos and taking the time to comment...I appreciate that very much! Have a great day my friend! :-)
Great trailer. Now waiting for the full movie
I want to thank you for the amazing support but as far as the movie goes...the best I could possibly do is to continue her adventure now that she has discovered a secret alien technology laboratory is underground bellow the Pyramids...enjoy the day my friend! :-)
Aiko3 ? Who's that ? Oh ! Yes, Aiko3...when I was young !!! This video is absolutely fascinating and the final scenes are so surprising. Everything is so realistic, particularly when she walks in the last room and finally gets out in the desert. Great sound track as well. The winner is...Mr JohnnyM !
Oh Mr Gaius I don't quite know where to start on this...first of all i want to thank you for the support you have always showed me on this site...your kind and encouraging words have always motivated me to do better at this hobby of mine. Doing AI type of animations is new to me as I have been at this 3D hobby of mine for a long time, yet I am making mistakes and learning from them...at least I would like to think I am! LOL :)
Aiko 3.0 was one of my first models that quickly became my favorite to use for all my non animation still renders on this site. It's been quite some time ago since I last used her as this render that started this animation was done back n March of 2008 and a lot has happened since then...yeah we were all much younger then but hopefully the passage of time has made as wiser my friend.
Interesting, but a lot of problems with the guns. AI is not yet perfect.
You are absolutely right my friend, no matter how many times I asked AI to hold the guns at a distance from her hands, AI kept putting them together like that and another issue was her not holstering her guns properly. Perhaps I did not prompt correctly for these two actions...still learning my way with prompts.
Working with AI is so different for me than working with 3ds Max or Poser modeling sources. Hopefully as time goes on I will get better at it...thanks for stopping by to take look. :-)
..even I am not a fan of AI: but this is PERFECT
I want to thank you for always supporting my AI animation work on this site even though it is AI related. I had the same concerns towards AI as most do on this site before I started venturing into it myself, yet the time savings it has provided me far outweigh the push back towards its use.
I want to take this opportunity once again to congratulate you for being selected with great merit AOM...what comes is Artist of the Year and I will be sure to wish much luck with that also...enjoy the day my friend!
So realistic. Super job on this.
Lyla I can not begin to thank so much for the support you have always given me here on this site, I want you to know how much I have always enjoyed viewing your awesome art work and am thankful for the many kind and encouraging comments you have always left for me to read...enjoy the day my friend! :-)
This is absolutly superb and so realistic, you did a great job with Aïko… wonderfully done video by a very talented artist !!
I thank you so much for viewing this animation of mine my friend. Aiko was once a favorite character that I once used in all of my art work as my go to girl action hero. She was the one model I used on all my still renders long before I was doing any animation on this site.
I want to thank you for always supporting my animations with your kind and encouraging comments. You're a talented artist with your own artistic style that often creates wonderful works of art for all of us to view. Have a great day! :-)
What a great animation love the movement
Thank you for stopping by to view the animation of this birthday girl that has turned 30 this year. It's been 30 years now and how fast time has gone by my friend...if only we could slow down time a bit!
I find your animation work to be coming along very well Ian...I find them to be unique and original and among all else, very entertaining. I hope you continue to have great success with your animations on this site in the near future! :-)
Another excellent animation !
I want to thank you for stopping by to view this animation and I also want to take this opportunity to personally thank you for the continued support you have showed me on this site. I wish you much success in continuing to do your original and wonderful fantasy style of images that I have always enjoyed viewing...have a great day my friend! :-)
This is really so impressive, Johnny! Wasn't really looking for faults, just mesmerised by the realism! Top marks! She looks so very real. I wouldn't know where to start.
Oh my friend Steve from the land across the pond, how nice it is to see you visit my gallery to view the birthday girl celebrate 30 beautiful years of her life. Time has stood still for her and she has somehow survived the many times I accidently (LOL) let the wolves attack her in the early days ( I was not very good at first) when I first played the new release of Tomb Raider 30 years ago. I quickly learned to keep her alive long enough to get to the next level of the game...those were fun times when the world was much more at peace and the only violence was happening in our PC games.
I want to thank you for the support you have always given me on this site...I always enjoyed reading your encouraging comments my friend. I hope you find yourself at home relaxing and in good spirits my friend. :-)
Greatest directing, mesmerizing outstanding glamorous hot, weta++ class celelbration.
Magnificent Masterpiece of Finest Arts. I love it!😊💝🥰
Words can not spell the magic, this is the bare truth.
Marius...you are truly on of a kind and I find your way with words to be always so encouraging and complimentary of my humble animations. I am afraid I could never live up to the praise you have given my humble hobby, yet i am so appreciative for you to have viewed my animations. I thank you for all the great comments you have always left for me to read and for that I will forever be grateful my friend...I hope you have a great day Marius! :-)
This is a superb tribute you've made to Lara Croft in this fantastic animation video where the main symbols and features (including this fabulous soundtrack) Lara was immersed in are here astutely brought to life again; thanks to you, she seems to defy Time ! Thirty years already, my goodness :-) I 've been a fan of her since the very first game, a revolution back then, and still own a dozen of her adventure games. The third or fourth one had a special program that made it possible to create different levels and actually playable game environments, introducing us to all the various secrets and gimmicks used here and there throughout Lara's parkour ! .... As you mention it yourself, Lara Croft stood for a sort of feminine ideal that left not a single male indifferent among early gamers ! Thank you so much for this gem of a video that, like the previous ones from you, makes me dream ...
I want to thank you for stopping by to take a look at this 30 year old girl that together with your descriptions of the game we once played has brought back many memories of the fun I had late at night trying to not get her killed while the wolves and velociraptors were chasing after her. Many times I showed up to work the next day tired from lack of sleep from having played the PC game late into the night, trying to solve the next puzzle so that I could move on to the next level.
I thank you for your continued support throughout the years on this site...I have always enjoyed all the wonderful work you have done with your masterful photography skills and talent for capturing the many images you often have shared on this site...I hope you find yourself well and enjoying the many memories you have experienced with family and friends. :-)
Awesome animation and fine-looking character. Cool effects, detail, lighting and music. Very dramatic! Super job!
Thank you for stopping by to take a look at my small Lara Croft animation tribute to this 30 years old birthday girl that looks as good as she did on the day she was released to all PC gamers back in 1996. I have always admired your awesome art work, especially everything that you have done in the sci-fi genre. I hope to view more of your art work in the coming months my friend! :-)
Absolutely wonderful work!!! Congratulations!!!
I thank you for your continued support and I always look forward to viewing your artistic renders that you share with this community and I find your art work to be very inspirational...you have my best wishes for a great day my friend! :-)
Has it been that long already? I have to admit, I loved -your- movie a lot more than I liked the game...
Yes my friend, its been 30 years since this girl made her day view at all the computer stores when this PC game was released. Since then we have had many more updated versions of game play and numerous movies made by the character Lara Croft.
Where has time gone...it just kind of makes us realize that 30 years does in fact move a very rapid pace, I hope you have great memories of this girl when she first came into existence. I still remember the first time I installed the game on my PC and booted it up and found the game to be both exciting and very time consuming in trying to keep her alive and solving puzzles to progress to the next level of play in that original 1996 PC game.
I thank you for stopping by to take a look at my small tribute to this game. I have been a fan of your artistic AI art work and have enjoyed the AI art you initially provided some time ago. Your AI art was inspirational to me and was part of the reason after viewing art like yours and the AI art of others that I pursued trying it out myself...have a great day! :-)
I had already seen it on your YouTube channel, FANTASTIC animation my dear friend 👍👏🙋♂️
I want to thank you Saby for taking a look at this one even though, you previously viewed it on my YouTube channel. What matters most is the wonderful support you have given me on this site and I am thankful for that.
I have been a fan of your art work for many years now and I find your creativity and talent for creating the image renders you share with the community here to be of the highest caliber. I always wonder how you are able to maintain such a high level of creativity day in and day out and never miss a beat.
I congratulate you on always sharing with this community art work that is original and done to the highest quality standards. I can think a few artists on this site that do what you do so well also but nevertheless this group keeps getting smaller and smaller as time goes on. I am glad you are still here sharing your wonderful images on this site. You have my best wishes for your continued success on Renderosity...enjoy the day my friend! :-)
Johnny, I've been absent for a while, and haven't gotten to much of what I've wanted to, incl sitting with your Youtube gallery (which I see you've announced publicly, which is wonderful). I just haven't had the energy. But I wanted to come here and connect again, because it's been a long time. I don't know the tomb raider story (or characters)---i'm one of the few on planet earth who don't know the story, so any references in your video unfortunately go past me...I can only respond to the video itself.
It's more of your cinematic sense...i like that you start with her hiding behind a wall, and then walks into these huge inner sanctums...whatever the humanoids inside the glass tubes represent, they make a great background for her long exit out of this place...I love how the background shifts as she moves---this is a key element in your work, it's very cinematic. And you have a grayish palette which is very "interior" and effective.
Then she moves into the next room---a kind of "hangar" for huge ships, with those egyptian columns (architectural). And in another moment, you pause her under that huge cavernous opening in the ceiling (w/ light pouring through): another fine composition-moment.
Then a bravado moment (!) as suddenly a door appears and closes behind her: Where'd that come from! Really effective work! (Cinematic card magic---like people making cards disappear and appear.) And then she ponders, and suddenly the door opens and it's an elevator instead: Whoosh: another really cool suprise in your direction, treated as just a 'moment'.
Then she exits this place, and we're in the desert, and you have people in the background preparing us for the bazaar. Some kind of interaction with a salesman---if this is a known person to your fams, I don't have the background. (He reappears at the end, looking quizzical). But she seems kind to the man, takes the fruit, and walks on---end of scene. You obviously put a lot of thought into these 2 to 3 minute sequences. It must make you realize what directors of full-length features go through (and why they take months to years to make them). You have the equivalent of several full-length features if one patches all your uploads into one. Lots of meticulous work, thought, planning, composing, etc. Terrific work once more, johnny, which your fans love too. I will get to your youtube channel, I'm just not functioning 100% right now, but it's always a pleasure to sit with your work wherever it is. I wish you and your loved ones all the best in everything. Wonderful work as always.
I want to thank you Mark for stopping by to take a look at my humble efforts to turn my learning experience with AI into animations that allow me get better as time goes on and I continue to try to improve. It's a nice surprise to see you stop by my friend as I recently saw some of the artists on this site wish you happy birthday greetings.
I am still working with AI and seeing how long I will maintain interest in it. So far it has opened up new creative possibilities that allow me to experiment with new animations in ways that I could not do before. Don't worry about visiting my YouTube channel, hopefully by the time you visit, I will have better content to share with you on that channel.
You have always been so kind in commenting towards my animations Mark and I sincerely thank you for that my friend! I hope you get all the rest you need for a great recovery to come your way. :-)
I liked the first games, until the one where she travels in Paris and Prague. I'm between the few people who liked that opus I think - and in a way the guys in the lab remind me that opus. Alas the disks made for the PSone are no longer readable by my old PS2 :/ For Tomb Raider or any other game; and the PSone died long before. That's life lol
And this time, she discovers a lot of things below Gizeh, but will keep the secret for herself.
Still using V4 here, and even M4. A3 is waiting to wake up once in the time.
I know somewhere (here on Rendo?) there was somebody who shared Lara's outfit and props, maybe for one of the Genesis generations. It's no longer A3 (or even Sara who had her own free outfit) but it's still a 3D way to explore more area with Lara - with the help of the AI lol
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support my friend. Viewing your images has always been an enjoyable experience when ever I browse your gallery. It's too bad about the news of your disks as I have had the same thing happen to some disks of mine also in the past. Fortunately you can still get them at very inexpensive prices on E-bay from the many merchants who have collected them through out the years. . I still have not forgotten the fact that I said I would do a special animation with your images. I am just waiting for the right time when I can gather my thoughts about what I type of animation I want to create with your wonderful images. I hope everything is well with you and you are having a great day! :-)
