Could be the begin of a plague
Excellent lighting, composition and texturing. (But then it's AI.) Seems to have a touch of Salvador Dali to it. Are those black things on the floor supposed to be scarab beetles, maybe? (I understand that in Ancient Egypt the scarab beetle was associated with death and rebirth.)
