They were familiar with each other, sure. Two bounty hunters, each one a lone wolf. Cliché, but they didn’t care. They had competed over the same jobs a few times, but there had never been any ill will, not at all. They enjoyed bantering back and forth, trying to throw the other off guard just enough to try to beat them to the prize. They kept each other’s wits sharp. There was certainly no hostility between them, but… what were they, exactly? Peers? Rivals? They’d teamed up a few times, on harder and more dangerous cases, so maybe associates? They honestly had no idea. But they both knew that they would be very upset if they didn’t keep in touch. Would it be weird to ask the other to join them for dinner? Just to compare notes, of course, maybe gossip a bit about some new targets… (I guess this one will count as my valentine picture this year, I didn't get a more "traditional" one done in time >_< I hope you all have/had a great Valentine's Day!!!)
