Description
Many years ago I heard the theme song from the movie “Five Weeks in a Balloon.” It might have been on the radio, but probably was on a 33-1/3 RPM album of show tunes that I got. The only part of the theme that I remember went “I’m taller than an elephant and twice as powerful, too” but I’ve always enjoyed the snappy rhythm of the music. I haven’t found a model of the balloon from the movie but I have got Cybertenko’s Balloon Victoria based on Jules Verne’s novel. So I used it to create this picture.
