My idea was a different take on the Story of the "Lady in the Lake" Cleo Sherwood a young black woman found in a City Lake, The story was ignored by almost everyone except Maddie Schwartz a housewife who got involved in the story and became an investigative reporter. ( This story had real life inspirations from an incident that happened in 1969. Shirley Parker body was found in a fountain at Druid Hill Park. Her death has remained unsolved to this day In the original story Cleo's body was found, The story takes place in 1966 Baltimore. The real story was from a 1969 incident about Shirley Parker, The lake represented a place of mystery and was a connection to something of innocence and redemption. The celtic white stag of course symbolizes spiritual quests and messenger from another realm, or an omen of great change. I thought having Cleo becoming someone who would became a spiritual guide, sort of a gift to mankind providing a different way. I remember the original news story regarding Shirley Parker. 1969 looking back was a year that represented the most change based year in US history and has forever changed the world,
