Er verbreitet Schrecken und Grauen im ganzen Land, und man sagt, er esse kleine Kinder mit Haut und Haaren. Die anderen Dämonen fürchten ihn mehr, als dass sie ihn respektieren, doch das kümmert ihn nicht im Geringsten. Selbstsüchtig wie er ist, denkt er nur an sich selbst und versucht, jede Situation zu seinem Vorteil auszunutzen. Sein Bruder Parimus ist sein komplettes Gegenteil, und obwohl die beiden ein angespanntes Verhältnis haben, legt Scharboss großen Wert darauf, dass sein jüngerer Bruder bewundernd zu ihm aufsieht. Die ersten Jahre ihrer Zusammenarbeit klappte es durch Manipulation auch, doch nachdem der jüngere Bruder dem Dämon Lavecia begegnet war, spürte Scharboss, dass sie einen Keil zwischen die Brüder trieb und Parimus sich seiner Kontrolle entzog. Daher beschloss er, seinen Bruder zu eliminieren, was ihm jedoch aufgrund von Lavecias mutigem Eingreifen nie gelang. Ja, es ist sogar so, dass Parimus selber nicht einmal etwas von den meisten den Anschlägen etwas mitbekommt.
