Google AI video
Image stills, Google AI video assistance, and manual video editing.
Description
This is a moving version of the previous image.
I got an itch to experiment with some more serious video, but all I managed to cobble together was this half-baked short using a few stills, Google AI video assistance, and manual video editing. It's very basic, as I didn't even have a way to add end frames, and I was also severely time-limited -- both of which are possible on some of the expensive AI models, -- but it was fun!

You did well. I tried to do one in OpenArt AI but it ate up so many of my credits it wasn't worth it. Too expensive for my budget.
LOL ... how true ... I've seen some high-end video models suck-up credits faster than an industrial vacuum cleaner!
Super Video 👍
Thank you, Pauli :-)
Daaaamn! Awesome job on this, my friend! Realistic movement in both Frank and (wow!) that ship!
I definitely need to look into this...
:-) A new era of artistic expression is upon us, for better or worse...!?!
That is pretty damn cool. - Bob
Thanks, Bob :-)
I can only imagine what this may be as it doesn't play here sadly but I am certain knowing your work it would be a sight to behold :)
??? ... you mean you can't play videos here? All of them or just this one? It's just a standard mp4 vid.
Some I can see but not this one....have the same problem with MagikUnicorn's animations and a few others. Comes up with error code 224003 when I hit play.
I do not use Google or Windows stuff other than the OS obviously and block all trackers so maybe something to do at my end, not yours. I tried turning off all blocking software but same error. I use firefox and duckduckgo so that may be an issue as well.
Error code 224003 Common Causes and Fixes:
Outdated Browser: Fix: Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.
Cache and Cookies: Fix: Clear your browser's cache, cookies, and browsing history. You can usually find this option in the privacy or history settings.
Extensions and Add-ons: Fix: Disable all browser extensions temporarily and try playing the video again. If it works, re-enable them one by one to find the problematic extension.
Hardware Acceleration: Fix: Try disabling hardware acceleration in your browser's advanced or system settings.
That's pretty cool, it did kind of raise the question, does the monster ever get "Wanted" guests? I mean we already know how things went with his bride, I didn't really picture him as having much of a social circle =(
Ah, an interesting question ;-)
You see, in his present state of mind he simply hates humans and sees them as nasty, lying, deceitful, hateful and violent creatures to be avoided. At this point he's more than willing to dish out the same hate that he received. But that could change ... who knows what the future holds for him ... after all, he's more than human, not less ;-)
This turned out great Max, now as far as the occupants on that ship are concerned...if he stays on that floating piece of ice they will be OK. If he swims and comes aboard the ship, not so much!
Have the ship captain tell the cook to make him one of his delicious pizza's to see if that calms him down a bit, then perhaps one of those delicious chocolate chip muffins and we shall see if that does it. lol
Congrats on this video effort Max...it looks fantastic and it brings your images to life! Just be careful with the use of credits, the credit monster likes to eat them quickly! :-)
Oh, that pizza, a muffin, and a bit of respect would 100 percent calm Frankie down ... guaranteed!
And yes, AI video tools, especially advanced ones, eat credits like a hungry T-Rex. In my case I used the free credits at Google AI Labs.
Yup, was worth the wait :) Use Google on Laptop and worked the other day and works fine here now you re-coded it :)
Just fascinated with the fluid movement of the water...awesome play and would like to see more of your art come to life :)
I'm happy to hear that, Steff :-)
I'm not even sure the codec change was the cause. If I had a modern pc I'd use the AV1 codec which is 2 generations more efficient than this H264, but for a tiny project like this it really shouldn't matter.
We can see how strong he is when not bothered by the waves, while the ship seems to have a hard time with some of them
Actually he is stronger than I ever imagined!
