Doch immer wenn der Tag erwacht, die dunklen Schatten schwinden, frรถhlich mir die Sonne lacht, รngste รผberwinden, Hoffung und Liebe zurรผckgekehrt, neues Vertrauen gefunden und Schritt fรผr Schritt unbeschwert, frei und ungebunden. Und doch weiร ich, die Nacht kommt zurรผck, in wiederkehrenden Wellen, wenn ich es nicht schaffe, Stรผck fรผr Stรผck, mich meinen รngsten zu stellen....

Sometimes, when night falls and dark shadows roll, growing larger in the fading light, claw their way into my thoughts, I am overcome by fears that have long been forgotten, eat their way through my feelings, devour everything that gives hope, and love turns to horror. But whenever the day awakens, the dark shadows fade, the sun smiles cheerfully on me, I overcome my fears, hope and love return, new confidence found and step by step carefree, free and unbound. And yet I know the night will return, in recurring waves, if I don't manage, bit by bit, to face my fears....
