Description
Don't ask why, but I spent the day trying to learn different methods for simply creating outlines in Blender 3D without resorting to the grease pencil. This brought me to turning normals on and off. A method I have now discovered is called inverse shell. That got me thinking how were normals handled in Carrara? AI knows. It has to be faked. AI is scary.
At any rate here is a faked inverse shell in Carrara and also in Bryce with Blender showing a real inverse shell method.
