Description
There won't be any stories soon, though I am working on it. I had a stroke and heart attack, sort of, meaning I made it to the emergency room in time and had emergency surgery to stop it from going any further. The stroke took much of my vision, but I'm making progress and getting it back, enough to keep working as a mod, just a tad slower pace. I have the Summer Picnic even ready and it will go forward. I had it ready before the stroke. So, Mother Nature took another swipe at me and missed again. I'm still here. Try harder Mother Nature, you punch like a sleepy toddler at nap time.

Thanks for the sentiment, but I think my eyes will heal faster than my wallet after buying that special doggie safe cake for Katie; that cake cost a fortune, but Katie loved it... so worth it.

Thank you so much for the well wishes. I am It's unlikely my full vision will ever return, but there's always hope. I think I'm seeing some progress, but hard to tell. My near vision seems better than a month ago. I have some new glasses on the way that might help. I'll be satisfied if my vision recovers enough to write effectively. Tis just the ebb and flow of life, holding the devine spark of life and creativity comes at a cost. The candle that burns bright always is at risk of burning out too soon. I hope you are doing well, my friend. I do have some stories I've written with the help of text to speech, but getting those to a point they are suffecient to post is much more difficult. I will try... I'm working on it. My head is going to explode if I hold these stories in much longer.
OMG, my friend!! I'm sooo glad things are looking up after all that - it's got to be stressful! Wishing you all the comfort and healing and a full and fast recovery. You've done so much for so many here, and your wonderful stories are missed. Just don't rush it, Mr. Wolf. Just hang in there and know you are loved here. Oh, what a shock! I really feel for you, as my Wife had a stroke last year. In addition, she has had a recurrence of her cancer of the face, 11 years previously. I wish you well and hope for a 100% recovery for you. You are much too talented to waste your obvious skill! Stay safe and take GOOD care!
