This life is not the end. There is another place beyond that crosses our world. Leave a gift or two and it'll be happily received. At certain times after it rains and the sun comes out, a rainbow arch forms between these flowers here. A bridge bringing the world of the living to the world of the dead. It is said it is then that the spirits can interact with our world. So please don't be sad when it rains. Afterwards it brings the rainbow.

Inspiration: The hope that we can see our loved ones again even when death takes them away from us.

much appreciated. I miss the times drawings like these serve as inspiration for most artists here. Unlike all the stupid artificial stuff they post nowadays. Sad reality we live in.
It's always nice to pick up the pencil again. It does give a beautiful freedom, drawing. :) Thank you so much for dropping by!
great pencil drawing.
Thank you very much!
Very poetic :)
Thank you :)
Wonderful drawing and sentiment 😊🌷👍
Thank you so much!
Profound. Love the drawing.
Thank you very much!
Another of your most unusual hand-drawn pieces. If not for the explanatory notes you supplied, I would have thought this lady was some sort of mythological creature, perhaps a LAMIA or something. The way she emerges from this plant or flower only makes her seem even stranger to me.
I'm actually quite convinced of the reality of an afterlife. The research done by people like Bruce Greyson and Jeffrey Long reveals a great deal of fascinating evidence. You might like to check them out.
Hmm, interesting thoughts! I had to look up LAMIA I didn't even know those existed! Interesting but deadly mythical creatures!
I do let me hand draw whatever it decides at times, I find it soothing. It can make some interesting results even as I have an idea in mind, how it forms I try to let it just....appear. Like subconscious I suppose.
I should check them out, thank you for the suggestion!
