Ok after this maybe I leave the Storm Troopers alone, poor guys. It’s not like Star Wars is even the worst offender, there are John Woo films where the leads exchange thousands of rounds without even a nick, yet bystanders Hench men and certainly anything that can shatter or explode is getting hit.
But there is that scene in Rouge One on Jedha, a group of Storm Troopers less than twenty or so feet away miss the heroes in an alley that scene ruins the film for me.

cool scene with the troopers. so many westerns and military shows, have numerous bullets flying without hitting anything
LOL! That's the narrow side of the barn; he's going to miss for sure. I think the old G.I. Joe cartoon wins the award for the most number of shots fired without anybody getting hit (on either side).

The two guys from the Mosesaly cantina, things didn’t end well for them. I’ve always thought Kenobi a little harsh even dark side, he could have cut the barrel off the gun not the arm. I’ve been in many an Irish bar and if you started calving people up for getting drunk and making boastful threats you’d never put the saber away.
