BIO-HAZARD
Born in King's Cross,NSW Australia. My parent's were German and split up when I was 12 months old, unfortunately my Father died young, so what ! . I have liked drawing & painting for-ever. When I saw an Amiga 500 with a ray-traced juggler, I was hooked !!! I left High School then joined a Rock'n'Roll band and toured the East Coast of OZ as Road crew. Then I played Lead & Rhythm guitar in my own band's, EASTERN UNDERGROUND(Sydney), FLASHBACK (Noosa), SAXON DOG"S & STEEL RAIN (Gold Coast). I worked as a Cameraman at the Gold Coast Turf Club. And a lot of my "in-between" footage got beamed all over the Planet on Sky Channel, So if you're ever are in a TAB (betting agency Oz style) and see pic's of cloud's, pelican's or chick's tit's then you'll know, it was my footage ! I won a $5,000 scholarship for 3D Animation, at Silicon Studio's Training Center-Brisbane. Did a Multi-Media course at Kingscliff TAFE. Lightwave 8.5 is my choice of weapon, with Poser 6, Vue 6 Extreme and Zbrush 3. One day I will be doing 3D for a living...I hope ! You will find, that most of my art has a weird and twisted sense of humour to it, life's pretty straight without 'twisties' !
...Cheers fellow artists...Jeff :o)
UP-DATE:2011...WOOHOO...I made piccy of the day at E-on (Vue) and I'm stoked, my experimentation, persistance and learning new techniques paid off.

25 hours rendering....hard work on the graphics!!! It's a great scene and atmosphere....you can almost feel the breeze
Wonderful creation you've done!! excellent atmosphere ...Gosh 25hrs
WOW Jeff... It's absolutely FABULOUS... Fantastic concept and very great realization... Awesome image my friend !!!
Damn fine scene....very impressive.... 5++++
Some nicely detailed surface mats and atmo/lighting but 25 hrs...is it an MC render I can see 25 hrs from a MonteCarlo but seems pretty long for anything else, unless it's single threaded of course, nice job though regardless.
Looks great, the dust was a nice touch too.
It's very sad for her ! I like how you show the atmo of this inhospitable world, wonderful work !
Fantastic scene. xx
Wow this is a superb sci-fi image with great lighting and props but 25 hours of rendering would drive me insane. Well worth the time though if you have the patience. ☺
Great scene and backstory, very nice!!!
Ah yes, Bondi Beach in Sydney... why visit or leave ? when it has such a gravitational pull on all locals and the tourist industry, only one other thing to do and that is to hitchhike, it's such a cool 'Getaway' from the other apocalyptic planets - wish I was there...
an interesting montage Jeff, I like doomsday visions - LOL
How sad to be left out. Fantastic work.
bien vue ! :)
Super well worth the wait Jeff.
Amazing setting, details, characters, story and atmosphere.
Fantastic work as always !
Cool sci-fi scene Jeff :)

PS. If you woud read my sitemail, you could for sure understad why I make these "image comments"! 😢
Nice detail on the ground, and expert framing the figures through the bent gate iron. And, of course, she's hot and well posed / well lit, too. Nicely done. I am torn on whether a key light on her hair would help pull her out from the dark fence and help the composition, or whether you nailed it by keeping her a mostly dark mass off to the side. Hmmm. Something to think about, I suppose. Excellent job.
