This shot taken around same time as my last post.
600mm lens + 1.4x teleconverter... Which I have to insure again next month - gulp! One of the very few times I still wish I had my old office job!!!!

very sharp lens you have for that telephoto length.of course the prime of Canon cameras helps also. I wanted one back when I got my 5D Mark III , but the cost was so much and I could use that money for a new lens

Gorgeous clarity and detail on the squirrel's fur. Having a prime sure helps, I never got that kind of clarity with the 1.4 on my zoom lens. Beautiful shot!
