Been playing at the 3D game since the late 90s and the days of creating text files to describe objects and textures with POVRay. Moved up to blender and then Cinema4D but got tired of having to create everything from scratch.
My preferred weapon of choice is Carrara 8, though I do sometimes miss the beautiful output of Cinema4D's rendering engine. My preferred subject matter tends to be science fictional. As a lapsed writer and having exhausted my authorial voice back in the 90s, I've found the staging of 3D pieces to be a fine way to exercise my imagination and enjoy a very cool hobby at the same time.
Kick back and look around. I hope you have as much fun here as I do.

Excellent sci-fi scene with a great feeling of action!
"I love it when a plan comes together." ... Sorry, wrong show. :D The Cap'n seems very frustated with her help, but really: one can't go into danger without a soundtrack/mix tape. Great work!
Well Hench .. One more beautiful work !

Fantastic characters, dress, posing and skin textures. Awesome short story and atmosphere in this Sci-Fi scene.
great scene, atmo and lighting, great work
Great bad guys, the background is very good. I recognize some Stonemason stuff
Fantastic image. I love the lighting and atmosphere. Spectacular work!
Wonderful sf-scene with a great atmo
Yup, love the scene setup and lighting, as well as the volumetric lighting effects. Genesis 1 & 2 are still hit and miss for me, but I do agree about being able to re-use Gen4 stuff once putting it through Daz Studio.
