She's no Florence Nightingale, hehe.
This is GND in a dynamic ballgown that was going to be part of a wedding ensemble, and ended up way too high-poly for the average user's machine. The nice thing about high-poly, though, is those incredibly smooth cloth folds. Mmmm, looks soft!
The head morph is part of a custom character that's in creation.
Various other recognizable items and about 30 frames of drape.
