Please find two basic room props attached.
One has a round window, the other has a working sash window. Both have three material presets, fresh yellow, peach and grunge.
There is an obj file of each for users of other packages.

That's a good idea, but I can't model one yet.... I'm sorry to say that my PC at home has died (for reasons as yet not known, may be motherboard, simultaneous failure of SSD and 2x HDD or possibly i5-13600 voltage instability) and I simply can't use it at the moment. That means no modelling, sorry.
The sash window is a very useful prop. Is there a curtain or blinds that fit over it?

Thank you. I've had the round window prop around for a while, but modelled the sash window a couple of weeks ago because I felt there were too few sash windows around. Must admit I like them a great deal.
