This was an experiment that went reasonably well I think. Included are trans/bump/texture maps to convert the M4 Valiant Tunic and Tabbard. The above picture was created with two tunics. One was set to the "inner" tunic and a second "outer" tunic (with the FBMBulk morph set to 20% and SleevesWide set to 1.0) on top of it. The tabbard is on top of both (FBMBulk set to 23%). I also included a "TextureBlank" that can be applied to whatever pants you choose to use. I prefer Uzilite's M4 Hardcore pants and boots personally. The textures are greyscale to allow you to use whatever surface colors you prefer. I don't know how to make MAT poses so these are "loose" files. Feel free to modify and repackage them as you like if you make tweaks/improvements.
